About shipping and shipping

The products you ordered will be delivered via Takkyubin Compact (¥ 400 nationwide) or Click Post (simple packaging and free shipping).

If the number of products is 4 or more (in the original BOX), we will ship by other shipping methods.

 

For shipments outside of Japan, we will deliver by airmail of Japan Post. ( Regardless of the total amount of money, it is flat ¥ 700 / in the original box)

Delivery date and time

Although it depends on the delivery area, it will usually be delivered in about 7 days after placing the order.

Delivery outside Japan may take 2-3 weeks.

Postage

If the total price of the product is 9,000 yen (tax excluded) or more, we will deliver free shipping.
If the total price of the products is less than 9,000 yen (excluding tax), a standard delivery charge of 400 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide.

 

For normal delivery, we will put it in the sulfur original BOX and deliver it in "Takkyubin Compact".

You can also choose delivery without the original BOX and simple packaging "click post" (free shipping regardless of the total amount).

 

Overseas shipping will be charged a flat rate of ¥ 700 (tax included, original box included) regardless of the total amount.

Cancellation / Exchange / Return

All the products are manufactured by hand, including the coloring of the foil. Therefore, the nuance may differ from the product in the image .

Before ordering, please fully understand the product details such as color and size.

Please note that we do not accept cancellation after ordering.

 

About returns and exchanges

If the delivered product is defective, or if the delivered product is different from the ordered product, we will respond by returning or exchanging the product.
If there is stock, we will exchange it for the same product, and if the exchange stock is out of stock, we will return or refund.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days after the item arrives as we will guide you through the return / exchange method.

Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

• When the size is different from the image or the color tone of the screen

• If there is no request to return or exchange in advance

• If 8 days have passed since the item arrived

• When product tags, price tags, labels, accessories, etc. are damaged, soiled, or lost

• When the product is used, repaired, processed, washed, or cleaned

• If the product condition at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including packages, boxes and accessories)

• Items returned by attaching the shipping slip directly to the sulfur original box

About shipping fee when returning

Unless the product is defective or if the product is different from the ordered product, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please understand in advance.
Please note that refunds will be deducted if the item is returned by freight collect.
